Users using the free trial version are entitled to Trial Support which includes:

Licensed Support (Included with purchase)
People who have bought the product and have valid licenses are entitled to Licensed Support which includes:

Licensed users will get priority answers to all queries and access to DrDev Technical Support Engineer.
- Bug Fixes will be available and sent as and when released free of cost. Also access to bug fixes will be available on the website
